About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop targeted, tailored solutions and approaches to address our clients’ topics and challenges
- Work on complex strategy, specialist, and implementation projects
- Advise our clients on strategy, governance, and processes in the areas of lending, real estate valuation, refinancing, risk management, and sustainability
- Develop consulting products that take into account client needs, market developments, and the strategic direction and ambitions of vdpConsulting AG
- Support the Executive Board in the company’s further development with regard to strategy and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed university degree in business administration, business mathematics, or business information systems, with a focus on quantitative methods
- Basic programming and modeling skills are an advantage
- Initial practical experience at a company in the lending or real estate industry and/or at a consulting firm focused on the financial services industry (for Junior Consultants)
- At least two years of demonstrable, relevant professional experience (for Senior Consultants)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confident demeanor and enjoyment of client interaction
- Growth mindset and enthusiasm for innovative thinking
- Excellent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel
