Key responsibilities & impact- Own performance management for Curri’s fast-growing retail routes program
- Build, maintain, and run weekly performance scorecards
- Track on-time rate, completion, returns, and quality issues
- Flag performance trends before they become problems
- Coach partners and drivers on performance gaps
- Drive improvement plans to completion
- Monitor performance as new routes and markets launch
- Use AI tools to automate reporting, surface insights, and accelerate performance reviews
- Own performance-related projects end to end, including scoping, timelines, follow-through, and results reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and retail partners to improve performance
- Help Curri scale its on-demand, last-mile logistics network and software for construction and adjacent industries
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong data skills and confidence working with spreadsheets and retail or operational data
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, or strong interest in using them
- Ability to coach and give direct, constructive feedback to partners and drivers
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Track record of keeping multiple workstreams moving and closing them out
- High agency and close attention to detail
- Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to dig into details
- Experience running scorecards, KPIs, or performance programs in retail or last-mile delivery (bonus)
- Experience using AI to automate or improve reporting or analysis workflows (bonus)
- Experience with SQL or BI tools beyond spreadsheets (bonus)
- Track record of maintaining quality during rapid operational growth (bonus)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
