Key responsibilities & impact- Own and maintain the strategic roadmap for the data and BI platform, defining short- and long-term goals and success metrics
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value, stakeholder needs, technical dependencies and resource capacity
- Lead roadmap reviews and drive alignment across business, analytics, engineering and governance teams
- Coordinate cross-functional planning, dependency management and execution tracking across Data Engineering, BI, Data Governance, Product and Technology teams
- Identify risks, blockers and competing priorities and drive them to resolution
- Define reporting and dashboard strategy with BI Managers and Analytics teams
- Prioritize KPI reporting, executive dashboards, self-service analytics and business insights capabilities
- Promote adoption of BI tools, analytics best practices and data-driven decision making
- Uphold data standards, policies and stewardship practices, supporting data quality, metadata management, access controls and compliance
- Drive governance reviews for new data products and reporting use cases
- Gather, validate and prioritize business requirements as liaison between business users and technical delivery teams
- Translate requirements into delivery plans; oversee release planning, backlog management and feature prioritization
- Communicate roadmap progress, platform performance and upcoming releases to leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor adoption, usage trends and business outcomes to continuously improve the platform
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Product Management or Program Management roles
- Experience working with BI and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar technologies
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, reporting, analytics and data engineering concepts
- Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience translating business requirements into prioritized roadmaps and delivery plans
- Strong communication, facilitation and executive presentation skills
- Preferred: Experience with enterprise data and analytics platforms supporting reporting, insights, and decision-making
- Preferred: Familiarity with data governance, privacy, compliance, and data stewardship practices
- Preferred: Experience working in Agile environments using Jira, AWS, or similar tools
- Preferred: Strong understanding of data modeling, KPI development, and business reporting frameworks
- Preferred: Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, and self-service analytics solutions
- Preferred: Relevant certifications in Agile, Project Management, Data Analytics, Cloud, or Business Intelligence platforms
