About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate member outreach to promote effective use of health plan benefits
- Coordinate outreach to ensure members receive important clinical services and improve health outcomes within Medicaid or Medicare populations
- Respond to member inquiries in person, by telephone, and in writing
- Support HEDIS quality initiatives and regulatory and contractual requirements
- Conduct outreach to members who are noncompliant with designated outreach services
- Support medical record capture for HEDIS medical record review and abstraction of supplemental data
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years’ member outreach, health care marketing, and/or other health education experience
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- 1+ years of experience working with data
- Ability to work independently with a high attention to details
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- 2+ years’ experience using personal computer, keyboard navigation, navigating multiple systems and applications, and MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- High School Diploma (REQUIRED)
- QuickBase experience (preferred)
- QNXT experience (preferred)
- Project management experience (preferred)
- Analytic experience (preferred)
