About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand HireRight’s systems and departmental processes
- Coordinate data acquisition targets to advance HireRight’s competitive advantage
- Analyze data depth, coverage, and return on investment
- Identify and implement acquisition process efficiencies
- Contribute to maintenance of source documentation while ensuring version control
- Train team members and other departments and serve as a subject matter expert for data acquired by the Data Acquisition Department
- Maintain business relationships with existing data source providers and initiate contact for data updates that do not conform to specified standards
- Investigate source maintenance issues by working directly with providers, courts, and HireRight personnel, providing data acquisition instruction as necessary
- Acquire, grow, and maintain HireRight’s data sources supporting Enterprise products and services
- Ensure data sources meet HireRight quality standards and provide accurate, timely, and professional feedback related to data-source evaluation and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred
- Prior documentation and research experience
- Training experience a plus
- Computer literacy in an Internet/Windows environment is required
- Proper verbal communication skills are required
- Experience managing multiple projects and changing priorities
- Purchasing or supply chain experience a plus
