About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate member outreach to ensure effective use of health plan benefits
- Ensure members receive important clinical services
- Improve member health outcomes within the Medicaid or Medicare population
- Respond to member inquiries in person, via telephone, and in writing
- Support Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) quality initiatives
- Support regulatory and contractual requirements, including outreach to noncompliant members
- Support effective medical record capture for HEDIS medical record review and abstraction of supplemental data
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years’ member outreach, health care marketing, and/or other health education experience
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- 1+ years of experience working with data
- Ability to work independently with a high attention to details
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- 2+ years’ experience using a personal computer, keyboard navigation, multiple systems and applications, and MS Office Suite applications including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- High School Diploma (REQUIRED)
- QuickBase experience (PREFERRED)
- QNXT experience (PREFERRED)
- Project management experience (PREFERRED)
- Analytic experience (PREFERRED)
