Key responsibilities & impact- Own the integrated view across the PACE team’s portfolio of initiatives and operational workstreams
- Serve as the single point of contact for end-to-end tracking across BTSS-managed initiatives, intake pipelines, and in-flight project reporting
- Build and maintain one integrated performance view and set portfolio measurement standards
- Partner with workstream owners to assemble, reconcile, and interpret source inputs
- Establish the operating rhythm, refresh cadence, and data governance standards for portfolio reporting
- Lead trend analysis and build forward-looking projections, including seasonal quarterly breakdowns
- Establish leading indicators and model scenarios to quantify impacts of decisions, delays, and dependencies
- Identify relationships across operational volumes, service drivers, digital activity, and intake behavior
- Reconcile reporting variances and business case assumptions, explaining drivers to leadership
- Tie operational results to long-term goals and strategy
- Define, govern, and document KPIs and measurement methodologies
- Produce and present executive-ready summaries, dashboards, scorecards, and visuals with recommended actions
- Represent the portfolio view in cross-functional forums with analytics, operations, compliance, communications, and technology partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in reporting, business analytics, or operations analysis, including owning recurring reporting for executive audiences
- Experience leading complex analysis end to end, identifying trends and root causes and translating them into defensible recommendations
- Experience with AI, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience working with large, imperfect datasets from multiple systems
- Track record of influencing and driving alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting findings to senior leadership
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Preferred: experience in health insurance or service operations, correspondence and communications, or fulfillment operations
- Preferred: familiarity with SQL, AI-enabled analytics, and reporting automation
- Preferred: experience with business case development, savings tracking, or KPI governance
- Preferred: experience supporting large-scale transformation programs
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
