Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Store Manager in taking the Hurstville store to the next level
- Work side-by-side with the Store Manager to keep operations smooth
- Motivate and lead the DREAMTEAM
- Ensure every customer enjoys an amazing experience

Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for fashion
- Great visual merchandising and styling skills
- Previous experience working with a medium to large retail business
- Leadership and management capability
- Ability to deliver amazing customer experiences
- Ability to work closely with the Store Manager
- Ability to lead and motivate a retail team
