About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process project-related owner invoices
- Review project costs and manage owner and trade payments
- Maintain detailed project financial records, including budgets, costs, and billings
- Prepare routine and non-routine financial reports
- Assist with variance analysis
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve accounting questions and discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and established procedures
- Assist with process improvements in project accounting operations
- Support month-end and year-end project accounting close activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in project accounting, financial management, or a related field preferred
- Successful completion of a background check is required
- No certifications or licenses required
