About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage moderately complex project accounting activities, including budget tracking, cost analysis, and revenue recognition
- Review project budgets, costs, reports, and forecasts
- Analyze project financial performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve accounting issues and support project delivery
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
- Support less experienced team members and provide technical guidance on project accounting
- Implement process improvements to enhance project accounting efficiency and accuracy
- Prepare clear, actionable financial reports and analytics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
- 4–6 years of experience in project accounting, financial management, or a related field preferred
- Successful completion of a background check is required
- No certifications or licenses required
