Key responsibilities & impact- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reporting activities
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting
- Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including reporting and variance analysis
- Assist with cost accounting activities and manufacturing-related financial analysis
- Maintain and analyze financial data using ERP systems and Excel
- Collaborate with plant operations, finance leadership, auditors, and vendors to support accurate reporting and efficient accounting processes
- Report to the Finance Manager
- Support informed business decisions, strong financial controls, and the company’s continued growth in a manufacturing environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with month-end close, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Familiarity with cost accounting and financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
- Experience working with ERP systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with reconciliation and expense reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Experience with Epicor is a plus
