Key responsibilities & impact- Foster a strong federated product management community across the firm
- Define shared standards, coordinate best practices, and connect product managers across the firm
- Develop and maintain product management playbooks, standards, and guidance documents
- Facilitate communities of practice, sharing sessions, and engagement rituals
- Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices
- Coordinate with service line product managers to surface insights and elevate success stories
- Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders
- Create and manage onboarding materials for the product management community
- Develop and promote best practices, standards, and templates for product strategy, roadmaps, PRDs, backlog management, and product lifecycle management
- Partner with PMO/Scrum on planning, capability development, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis
- Support product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management from ideation through continuous enhancement
- Develop and maintain PRDs, business cases, and feature specifications
- Own and prioritize the product backlog
- Define product success metrics and KPIs using customer feedback and data
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX, and business teams
- Support release planning, go-to-market readiness, stakeholder communications, product launches, and adoption
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of product management work experience
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle
- Demonstrated experience in a product management role, preferably focused on AI solutions or technology-driven products
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system design, and modern tech stacks, including APIs, cloud platforms, and data pipelines
- Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools
- Passion for innovation and deep understanding of market trends in AI and technology
- Experience in AI/ML, LLMs, agentic strategies, SaaS, and product management tools such as ADO, JIRA, Trello, or similar systems (ideally)
- Familiarity with product management frameworks including JTBD, RICE, OKRs, Lean, Agile, and ShapeUp (ideally)
