About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage FTTH network deployment and maintenance projects, including installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and network migration (cutover).
- Coordinate field teams, supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, team productivity, installation quality, and service efficiency.
- Track schedules, resource allocation, risk management, and the resolution of critical issues.
- Ensure quality, on-time delivery, First-Time Fix performance, reduced rework, and customer satisfaction.
- Work with clients and engineering, planning, and operations teams to ensure projects are delivered according to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in FTTH projects, optical network deployment, telecommunications maintenance, or telecommunications operations.
- Hands-on experience in deployment, maintenance, repairs, network migration (cutover), and field operations management.
- Experience managing teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of operational metrics, SLAs, KPIs, productivity, quality, and cost management.
- Willingness and availability to travel frequently throughout Brazil.
