About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop Fratries’ network of financial partners
- Build and nurture relationships of trust and mutual benefit with partners
- Retain current partners, deepen their engagement, and diversify their forms of support
- Recruit new supporters
- Develop tailored retention strategies
- Contribute to the organization of inaugurations, house visits, networking events, and solidarity initiatives
- Showcase the results and impact of contributions received
- Collect testimonials, photos, budget monitoring information, and narrative reports
- Coordinate the production of partner content and its promotion across Fratries’ communication channels
- Collaborate with house managers and monitor developments across the houses
- Update internal reporting tools, particularly Notion and Ohme
- Plan and monitor partners’ administrative and communication commitments
- Identify calls for proposals and new funding opportunities
- Prepare applications and funding requests
- Participate in pitches before selection panels and manage relationships through to the finalization of support
- Develop local corporate philanthropy, house sponsorships, collection of the remaining apprenticeship tax contribution, and local public funding
- Structure and lead field teams, volunteers, local board members, and house managers
- Identify target audiences, plan key outreach initiatives, and develop communication materials
- Engage the contributor network and support the onboarding of new supporters
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent writing and summarization skills
- Ability to adapt to different stakeholders
- Ability to build relationships of trust with a wide range of contacts
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Organized, self-directed, and proactive
- Initial experience in partnership management or philanthropy is an advantage
- Occasional travel to major cities where Fratries operates
