Key responsibilities & impact- Support business growth by structuring internal information systems projects and making generative AI a useful, adopted and well-governed tool for teams
- Gather business requirements, assess market solutions and formalize recommendations
- Define project frameworks: objectives, scope, timeline, resources, risks and success criteria
- Coordinate service providers and monitor SaaS vendor commitments
- Incorporate security and compliance requirements from the solution-selection stage
- Maintain the IT roadmap and prepare decision-making options for management
- Structure the management of requests, changes, assets and licenses
- Lead the deployment of Claude and other AI tools, including connectors, business integrations, MCP and automation
- Identify and prioritize use cases with teams
- Define usage policies covering access, confidentiality, permitted data and regulatory requirements
- Organize workshops, training sessions and a community of AI champions
- Measure adoption, value delivered and associated costs
- Coordinate technology monitoring and propose relevant experiments
- Assess SaaS and AI vendors, including their security safeguards, certifications, hosting arrangements, data processing agreements and subcontractors
- Conduct risk assessments and coordinate Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) when required
- Review identity and access controls: SSO, MFA, least privilege and regular access reviews
- Ensure data classification and protection are appropriate for each tool
- Assess AI-specific risks, including data leakage, prompt injection, connector permissions and data retention
- Monitor risk-mitigation measures and prepare the necessary decision-making options
- Occasionally contribute to cross-functional SaaS infrastructure projects
- Document practices to facilitate their adoption and ongoing maintenance
- In time, support and manage one or more IT technicians or administrators
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience in IT or information systems project management
- Hands-on experience managing SaaS solutions, including vendor relationships, contracts, negotiation and renewals
- Practical experience conducting security reviews, risk assessments or vendor evaluations
- Strong interest in generative AI and its applications in business
- Ability to support change and make technical topics accessible
- Rigorous approach to project scoping, prioritization and tracking
- Autonomy to drive multiple initiatives forward with a range of stakeholders
- Experience at a SaaS vendor or scale-up
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure and Entra ID
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, GDPR, the EU AI Act or NIS2
- Initial people-management experience
