About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver projects end-to-end aligned to PMO lifecycle standards, including kick-off, planning, execution, reporting, retrospectives, and closure
- Apply GP Strategies-approved AI tools, prompts, and agents to enhance planning, reporting, and delivery efficiency
- Maintain accurate project artefacts in approved systems, including SharePoint as the single source of truth
- Manage project financials, including weekly budget tracking, monthly forecasting, baselining, and invoicing schedule execution
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans aligned to scope, budget, and resource availability
- Translate evolving client needs into structured delivery plans in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Manage risks and changes proactively through mitigation, escalation, and formal change control
- Produce reporting and documentation for stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure quality standards and required delivery artefacts are met
- Lead project retrospectives and document lessons learned
- Build client and stakeholder relationships to support satisfaction and repeat business
