About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct pre-donation medical screening
- Interact with donors and respond to customer needs
- Assess donor suitability and engage in set-up
- Provide appropriate feedback to ineligible donor candidates
- Ensure all donor screening information is complete
- Ensure donor confidentiality
- Work in a plasma center with exposure to biological fluids, infectious organisms, electrical office and laboratory equipment, and extreme cold in the plasma freezer
- Perform duties using required protective eyewear, garments, gloves, and cold gear
Requirements
