Key responsibilities & impact- Own and maintain the integrated project plan across all Supply Planning streams for both the o9 and S4 tracks
- Track milestones, dependencies, and critical path; proactively flag risks and slippage
- Maintain the RAID log and ensure timely resolution or escalation
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across all project phases
- Coordinate with regional programme teams, global teams, and external delivery partners
- Facilitate stream-lead syncs, cross-stream dependency reviews, and working sessions
- Drive action tracking, blocker removal, and escalation across all streams
- Support onboarding and integration of external contractors, transformation team members, and Key Users
- Coordinate end-to-end testing logistics and training scheduling across two locations
- Ensure task-management hygiene and alignment with programme-level reporting
- Prepare status reports and steering committee materials, translating technical progress into plain language
- Support upward communication to programme sponsors and regional leadership
- Partner with Change Management to align project delivery with organisational readiness
- Partner with Supply Planning leads to support effective tool and process adoption
- Drive design, implementation, and deployment of the o9 Supply Planning solution across MEU Supply Planning
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of project management or PMO experience, ideally within technology or transformation projects
- Hands-on experience with planning systems: SAP APO, SAP ECC, and/or o9 Solutions
- Experience in system/platform implementation projects (design, testing, deployment), preferably o9
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams of 20+ people across multiple workstreams
- Strong planning and scheduling skills (MS Project, Asana, or equivalent)
- Clear, structured communication skills for status reports and steering committee materials
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills across business functions, implementation partners, and leadership
- Experience working alongside external delivery partners, consulting firms, or system integrators
- Proactive risk and issue tracking, action chasing, and escalation
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, agile transformation environments
- Exposure to supply chain planning or ERP implementations (SAP S4, o9, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, or similar)
- Understanding of supply planning processes, including MRP, production scheduling, and demand-supply balancing
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
- Experience in FMCG / CPG industry
- Travel requirements: 20%
