About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support day-to-day reimbursement operations
- Conduct data research and analysis
- Assist with reporting and documentation activities
- Map and evaluate business processes
- Support technical and process documentation efforts
- Participate in projects and initiatives
- Provide recommendations supporting operational and strategic objectives
- Support the design, development, maintenance, and documentation of master data infrastructure
- Help ensure reliable flow of reimbursement-related data across systems and business processes
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Data Professionals, Business Analysts, and operational leaders
- Participate in planning and implementation of projects and initiatives
- Conduct research and reporting, including recommendations or alternative proposals for action

- Full or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS), Healthcare Administration, Computer Information Technology, or a related business or technical discipline
