- Own systems engineering development across every aspect of the systems life cycle
- Lead a team of software engineers and provide technical guidance and mentorship

- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another related field
- Minimum 12 years of experience working in various application areas supporting Avionics functions, Navigation and Airborne Surveillance (TCAS, Transponder, ADS-B, DME, UAT)
- Strong proficiency in C, C++, and Assembly
- Experience with software development tools, version control systems, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines
- Deep understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and architecture principles
- Ability to manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies effectively
- Candidate must be a U.S. Person under U.S. export control laws, or have the ability to obtain an export authorization
- Master's Degree or advanced professional certification is valued
