Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 6 years of experience in program controls, program management, or related roles
- Excellent leadership skills and experience leading dynamic teams
- Strong thoughtful and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of Program Management ethics and methodologies
- Proficiency in program management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification required; candidates without the required certification must obtain it within six months of hire
- Must be a U.S. person: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
- Experience in a global organization preferred
- Experience managing projects in a matrix organization preferred
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
