- Ability to evaluate technical challenges, investigate root causes, and recommend solutions
- Demonstrated application of new technologies, tools, and processes through coursework, projects, internships, or other hands-on experiences
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively and collaborate with team members and business partners
- Professional work experience is not required
- Preferred: Exposure to Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or similar programming technologies
- Preferred: Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, APIs, system integrations, or enterprise applications
- Preferred: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, or DevOps practices
