About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform PV Intake activities, PV follow ups and PV reconciliations
- Receive and document incoming telephone calls, voicemails, chats, faxes or emails reporting Lifecycle Safety Data
- Conduct PV mailbox triage
- Translate content where necessary
- Receive and document incoming safety information from patients and healthcare providers
- Respond to product enquiries from patients and healthcare professionals
- Summarize safety reports based on vital project information
- Triage, identify and transfer out-of-scope inquiries to local points of contact
- Disseminate clear, accurate product information using approved call scripts and resources
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Life sciences or a related field (mandatory)
- Fluency in English (mandatory; will be evaluated)
- Previous PV experience (required)
- Proficiency in French is considered a strong asset
