About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement onboarding processes and activities for new revenue in Iron Mountain’s Digital Solutions group
- Plan and own end-to-end implementation work for new customer projects
- Oversee customer-facing implementation staff and technical resources creating and testing workflows
- Provide advanced technical consulting and advice on proposals, solution design, system management, tuning, and solution modification
- Partner with sales and other teams to develop relevant, valuable, and profitable solutions
- Execute standard processes and methodologies
- Support and develop processes for regular internal and external implementation schedule updates
- Manage project management and technical resource scheduling and utilization
- Operate within assigned budgets
- Assist Project/Programme Managers with detailed project plans and ensure appropriate detail
- Advise and course-correct plans to align with industry best practices
- Establish and monitor customer satisfaction metrics and ensure required IT Service Delivery reports are followed
- Support and comply with IT Governance activities
- Ensure overall delivery of customer-facing solutions and operational production systems supporting customer deliverables
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience providing technical consulting and advice on proposal efforts, solution design, system management, tuning, and solution modification
- Experience partnering with sales teams to craft relevant, valuable, and profitable solutions
- Experience executing standard processes and methodologies
- Experience supporting and developing implementation schedule update processes
- Experience managing project management and technical resource scheduling and utilization
- Experience operating within assigned budgets
- Experience developing detailed project plans and applying project management subject matter expertise
- Industry experience and background sufficient to advise and course-correct plans according to best practices
- Experience establishing and monitoring customer satisfaction metrics, including quality, reliability, responsiveness, and budget targets
- Knowledge of IT governance activities
- Ability to oversee customer-facing staff and technical resources responsible for implementations, workflows, and testing
