Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end delivery programs for high-value ego-data deliveries
- Drive cross-functional execution across Sales, Data Operations, Labeling, and Engineering
- Ship datasets meeting customer specifications, volume, and timelines
- Own master delivery schedules and hold contributors accountable
- Iterate on tooling for packaging, validating, and handing off ego datasets
- Build scripts, QA checks, packaging and manifest tooling, and delivery dashboards
- Partner with Engineering to productionize durable delivery infrastructure
- Define and enforce dataset delivery-readiness standards for completeness, metadata, taxonomy, formatting, and QA gates
- Translate customer requirements into delivery plans and pipeline realities into credible sales commitments
- Serve as a senior delivery contact for key AI-lab accounts, including scope, status, and escalations
- Build reporting on time-to-delivery, dataset volume and yield, QA pass rates, rework, and SLA adherence
- Use fleet- and pipeline-level data to identify bottlenecks and quality trends
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years as a TPM, Technical Program/Product Lead, or Data/Delivery Operations lead
- Experience in ML/AI data, robotics, or another domain shipping complex technical deliverables to sophisticated customers
- Hands-on experience taking large, complex datasets or technical deliverables from an internal pipeline to an external customer at spec and on time
- Strong understanding of data quality, QA, and delivery-pipeline failure modes
- Experience querying databases such as SQL or MongoDB
- Ability to write scripts such as Python to reshape, validate, or QA datasets
- Ability to read schemas and telemetry dashboards
- Proven ability to lead by influence without direct reports
- Experience configuring Jira, Asana, Linear, or similar workflow and tracking systems
- Ability to represent the company credibly to technical AI-lab customers
- Ability to work in a hybrid role based in New York, Toronto GTA, or San Francisco
