About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support companies in sustainably establishing new ways of working and technological innovations
- Inspire people to embrace modern technologies and ensure their successful adoption in day-to-day work
- Explain the features, use cases, and benefits of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot in an accessible way
- Provide well-founded explanations of the advantages of Microsoft solutions over alternative solutions
- Tailor communication to executives, business departments, IT experts, and non-technical users
- Identify the needs of different target groups and answer relevant questions
- Structure change initiatives using established methodologies
- Plan projects together with relevant stakeholders
- Strategically prepare technological changes, provide professional support throughout implementation, and embed them sustainably across the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least three years of experience leading and implementing change management projects
- Experience with the Prosci methodology (ADKAR); Prosci certification is an advantage
- Strong conceptual thinking skills
- Independent and structured approach to work
- Solution-oriented approach to analytical challenges
- Very good knowledge of at least one Microsoft platform, such as Microsoft 365 or Dynamics 365, beyond the user level
- Excellent German language skills
- Good English language skills
