About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and lead the new Customer Fulfilment department within OXG Technology.
- Develop and manage fulfilment processes in FTTH rollout areas.
- Coordinate all activities required to connect customers in rollout areas.
- Define digital, seamless processes for efficient customer connections.
- Prepare city-level connection plans and forecasts together with Customer Operations.
- Establish new partner structures to ensure scalability for nationwide customer connections.
- Ensure a seamless interface with the Product team.
- Drive fundamental process improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant professional experience in fiber-optic network rollout, particularly customer connections and troubleshooting.
- Completed degree in a technical or business-related field, or alternatively technical training in the fixed-line telecommunications sector.
- Several years of experience with infrastructure projects or comparable FTTX rollouts.
- Proven success managing and coordinating telecommunications projects.
- Extensive project management experience.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex topics.
- Class B driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel within the rollout region and to Düsseldorf.
