About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overall responsibility for management of customer bids in the system and solution business
- Ensure a professional bid management approach
- Manage bids and guide all bids to a bid decision within agreed timelines
- Take entrepreneurial responsibility for timely, economical, and high-quality proposal preparation up to contract signature
- Adhere to the approval process at all management levels
- Plan projects, including determining bid costs, resource requirements, and proposal preparation schedules
- Ensure bid compliance with internal governance and applicable procurement regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Expertise in commercial structuring for complex technology solutions
- Knowledge of UC solutions and systems integration models
- Ability to manage multi-party projects and contractual complexity
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with risk assessment and compliance processes
- Bilingual German / English proficiency at the business standard required
