Key responsibilities & impact- Own monthly management reporting and variance commentary for the US clinic portfolio
- Lead cost centre follow-up and control for all US clinics
- Own the US clinic P&L through to Gross Margin
- Act as the primary Finance business partner for US clinic managers and operational leaders
- Support annual budgeting and target-setting for US clinic cost centres
- Partner with the Expansion team on financial evaluation of new US clinic openings
- Track regional support costs
- Support external audit and reporting coordination for US entities
- Identify opportunities to improve clinic-level financial processes and reporting
- Collaborate with Clinic Operations, People, FP&A, and Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting of US clinic activity
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, business control, or accounting, ideally with exposure to multi-site or clinic/retail operations
- Experience with cost centre management, variance analysis, and business partnering
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with Business Central or a similar ERP is a plus
- Comfortable partnering with non-finance stakeholders across a distributed, multi-site network
- Comfortable using AI tools such as Copilot or Claude for reporting, analysis, and process improvement
- Based in, or willing to work core hours aligned with, US clinic operations
- Curious, structured, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy
