About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the architecture and administration of Microsoft 365 end to end, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 Apps and Intune
- Act as the technical authority for identity and access across Active Directory and Entra ID
- Manage hybrid identity, SSO, conditional access, MFA and joiner, mover and leaver lifecycle processes
- Own device management and servicing for Windows, mobile and Microsoft 365 Apps
- Strengthen security and compliance across identity, access, data and devices with Corporate Security
- Rationalise overlapping tools and optimise Microsoft 365 licensing and cost
- Automate administration and reporting using PowerShell
- Manage the strategic technical relationship with Microsoft
- Partner with Corporate Security, Engineering and global IT teams
- Maintain clear documentation and standards
- Mentor peers across IT
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment
- Expertise in Active Directory and Entra ID, including hybrid identity, conditional access and MFA
- Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Intune
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree (NFQ Level 8) in a relevant discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Eligibility to live and work in Ireland
- No visa sponsorship or relocation support available
