About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups
- Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous-learning activities
- Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles
- Apply clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care
- Provide evidence-based virtual medical care in concert with primary care providers for patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completion of Master’s Degree in an accredited Physician Associate / Physician Assistant program (MSPAS)
- Maintaining an active NCCPA certification
- In the past 5 years, at least 2 years practicing as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Currently licensed in CA, OR, WA, AZ, or CO, with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday
- Ability to work current shifts ranging from 6am–5pm PST and 12pm–11pm PST
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care
- Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
