Key responsibilities & impact- Lead complex customer onboardings end to end, including scoping, configuration, data integration, key-user training, go-live and documented handover to Customer Success
- Own project effort and budget, stay within booked hours, and trigger follow-up sales with Customer Success and Sales when overconsumption is anticipated
- Build onboarding packages, checklists and self-service content for standard use cases
- Review project plans and configurations from junior consultants
- Coach the team and provide feedback for the skill matrix
- Handle difficult customer situations
- Collaborate with the Solution Expert by escalating edge cases and communicating recurring questions and product gaps
- Build relationships with customer decision-makers and document stakeholder maps for handover to Customer Success
- Allocate approximately 70% to customer onboardings, 15% to coaching and review, 10% to standardisation and 5% to Solution Expert collaboration
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of project experience in SaaS implementation or consulting in carbon accounting or sustainability reporting, with full responsibility for the customer
- Practical GHG accounting knowledge: GHG Protocol, Scope 1–3, emission factor selection, and defensible footprint methodologies
- Familiarity with CSRD / ESRS E1; CBAM or product carbon footprints ideally
- Solid understanding of data models, interfaces and configuration; no coding required
- Experience integrating ERP, energy or logistics data is a strong plus
- Budget and scope discipline
- Fluent English; German or Spanish is a plus
- Some travel below 10%
- Onboardings run largely remote
