Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute the strategy, vision, and roadmap for client-facing margin products
- Build expertise in market trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging technologies
- Set and refine team objectives and key results (OKRs) with SMEs, stakeholders, and senior leaders
- Author and maintain PR-FAQs, Narratives, and other product documentation
- Coordinate production schedules and manage dependencies
- Lead elicitation and prioritization of requirements for strategic margin initiatives
- Partner with engineering teams by managing backlogs, tracking progress, and addressing evolving needs
- Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to produce actionable insights
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle ownership and high-quality deliverables
- Develop and manage feature team backlogs aligned with strategic objectives
- Navigate ambiguity and resolve internal and external team dependencies
- Maintain understanding of technical services, API design, database technologies, and fintech operating concepts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years in Product Management or a closely related role
- Experience preferably within fintech, cloud-based systems, and SaaS platforms
- Experience with customer relationship management and data systems
- Extensive fintech industry experience preferred, particularly wealth management, custody services, or payments
- Experience with relational data store modeling, particularly in business-focused SaaS systems preferred
- Familiarity with security and regulatory protocols for sensitive financial data and investor documents preferred
- Direct experience or demonstrable strong interest in customer balances and regulatory frameworks, specifically FINRA's Margin Regulation as stipulated by 15c3-3 preferred
- Understanding of RESTful API design best practices preferred
- Strong skills using BI tools, Excel, and SQL
- Demonstrated full product development lifecycle management experience, preferably in SaaS or cloud-based environments
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies
- Technical fluency and ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making capabilities
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority
