About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the delivery of complex clinical and operational projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and healthcare service requirements
- Collaborate with clinical, operational and technical teams to manage project activities, dependencies and delivery milestones
- Facilitate service design workshops, workflow mapping and stakeholder engagement to improve clinical processes and service efficiency
- Drive change management and operational readiness for digital healthcare solutions
- Develop and maintain project plans, implementation roadmaps, status reports and project documentation
- Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies
- Support vendor management and collaboration with technology partners
- Monitor project progress, milestones and KPIs, reporting to senior stakeholders
- Coordinate implementation and go-live activities, ensuring operational readiness and transition to new systems and processes
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, manage resources and promote collaboration across concurrent workstreams
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, enhancing patient safety, service quality and operational efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in project or programme management, ideally within healthcare or digital transformation
- Relevant third-level qualification in Project Management, IT, Computer Science or a related discipline
- Experience delivering digital change projects and improving clinical or operational workflows
- Strong understanding of project management, change management and service design methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work across clinical, operational and technical teams
- Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing risks, resources and competing priorities
