About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive discovery to identify, validate, and prioritize platform updates and new services
- Consider product team roadmaps, reliability challenges, and data quality when prioritizing work
- Define and own the Connectivity platform roadmap and strategy with the engineering lead
- Cover the integration automation platform, migration orchestration platform, and data quality initiatives
- Build shared observability across US, Canada, and UK/EU regions in the future
- Partner with engineering to evaluate technical trade-offs against business value
- Work with internal platform-dependent teams to understand needs and translate them into actionable requests
- Establish and track key metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of product management experience
- Proven experience leading technical product initiatives for internal users, including discovery, roadmap/strategy development, execution, and monitoring
- Deep technical fluency in large-system design, technical trade-offs, limitations, and business value
- Familiarity with APIs and reading architectures
- Experience developing technical prototypes with AI assistants
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, data, and product teams
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Ability to explain complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in fintech (nice to have)
- Generative AI knowledge and experience (nice to have)
- Prior software engineering experience (nice to have)
