About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide tactical MRO&U operations support by coordinating timely solutions with functional groups
- Host daily network escalation calls to ensure awareness and prioritization of global needs
- Prepare documentation and communicate status to internal customers, stakeholders, and executive-level leadership
- Represent sustainment operations in developing a unified system and process for MRO&U network reporting
- Interface with and monitor third-party MRO Product Service Providers
- Identify and resolve process gaps and systematic issues critical to supporting deliveries
- Develop and establish strategies to support growth, maturity, and expansion of the F135 sustainment network
- Travel domestically and internationally occasionally, approximately 10%
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years prior relevant experience; OR advanced degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
- 7+ years of experience in program management, operations, supply chain and/or materials
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to collaboratively work with cross-functional teams
- Experience presenting across the organization, including senior and executive leadership
- Ability to identify root causes, secure relevant information, and identify sustainable solutions
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Experience leveraging data trends and visualization to assess network performance, identify constraints, and anticipate emerging issues
- Degree or advanced degree in Engineering, Operations Management or Business is preferred
