About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the management of cost control/EVMS, financial forecasting, proposals, and overall financial execution of Qatar Patriot FMS programs
- Work with the Program Manager and in-country leads supporting the Qatar Patriot portfolio
- Partner with program management and functional teams in the continental United States and overseas
- Provide financial guidance and solutions to the Program Team and Leads
- Provide monthly variance and data analysis
- Develop and support Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) processes
- Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, and maintenance using standard company tools and processes
- Provide proposal support
- Implement and maintain Earned Value Management for financial control and compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically requires a BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field and a minimum of 5 years related work experience; OR an Advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years related work experience
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Experience with Estimates at Completion (EACs) or similar systems
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Experience with Raytheon business systems, including SAP, BW, RPlan, PMX, EDIT+ or similar systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management verbally and in writing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet critical deadlines
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide solutions and continuous process improvement
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and work on several different program issues concurrently
- Preferred candidate located within a commutable distance to Tewksbury, MA
