About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design, implementation, and enhancement of business and technology solutions
- Assist with requirements gathering, process analysis, solution configuration, data analysis, and documentation
- Analyze business and system processes and research technical matters
- Manipulate and validate data and support implementation and testing of technology-enabled solutions
- Participate in project planning sessions, status updates, Agile ceremonies, and solution reviews
- Create, edit, and compile client documentation, reports, and deliverables
- Gather, extract, reconcile, and analyze client data
- Research technical and operational issues and communicate findings to clients and internal stakeholders
- Respond to client inquiries and support interactions with taxing authorities or other external stakeholders
- Support project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications
- Travel to client locations as necessary to obtain documentation and support solution deployment
- Analyze processes and recommend improvements in efficiency, automation, compliance, and effectiveness
- Develop and document business and technical requirements and process improvements
- Support configuration, implementation, validation, and testing of business and technology solutions
- Create, execute, and document testing scenarios
- Conduct research using internal and external resources
- Use databases, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and other technologies to manipulate data, perform calculations, and generate reports
- Assist with risk identification, issue resolution, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- Strong technical and/or data analysis experience
- Business Analyst experience a plus
- Strong customer service background/experience
- Two-year associates degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products
- Working knowledge of development methodologies, programming languages, and software development
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to travel independently up to 10%
