About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers, including individuals and groups
- Analyze and research travel options
- Proactively anticipate traveler needs and sell additional services
- Arrange and book domestic and international business travel across air, road, rail, and accommodations
- Use the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS)

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record as a Travel Counselor with strong industry knowledge
- Expert-level proficiency in GDS systems (AMADEUS)
- Demonstrated expertise in both domestic and international travel bookings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail in booking and documentation processes
- Strong commitment to data security and confidentiality in handling traveler information
- Proactive problem-solving skills
