Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic business transformation projects, SAP implementations, S/4HANA migrations, and technology innovation initiatives for large enterprise clients
- Manage projects end to end, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and budget are met
- Serve as the primary interface between clients, consulting teams, internal departments, and executive sponsors
- Lead SAP solution implementation, conversion, rollout, and support projects
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risk plans, communication plans, and governance structures
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of functional and technical consultants, architects, and business specialists
- Lead status meetings, executive steering committees, and presentations for senior client leadership
- Ensure adherence to project methodologies and industry best practices
- Manage risks, issues, scope changes, and dependencies across workstreams
- Monitor financial indicators, including revenue, costs, margins, hours consumed, and forecasts
- Proactively identify schedule, quality, and budget risks
- Foster executive relationships with clients and strategic stakeholders
- Support presales activities, proposal development, estimates, and planning for new projects
- Ensure deliverable quality and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience managing technology projects
- Proven experience with SAP projects
- Experience with digital transformation, ERP, migration, or implementation projects
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and vendors
- Knowledge of project financial management, including revenue, profitability, forecasting, and cost control
- Knowledge of PMI, PMBOK, SAP Activate, and Agile methodologies
- Strong executive communication skills and experience leading meetings with directors and C-level executives
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
- SAP certifications are a plus
- Experience with S/4HANA projects is a plus
- Knowledge of Brazil’s Tax Reform is a plus
- Experience with large-scale programs involving multiple workstreams and integrations is a plus
- Experience managing a PMO or project portfolio is a plus
