Key responsibilities & impact- Own core data ingestion, data management, analytics, reporting solutions/services and roadmap
- Oversee the end-to-end user experience from data ingestion to normalization, accessibility, and delivery
- Ensure client experience is simple, intuitive, and drives measured adoption
- Monitor metrics against platform performance and service levels
- Identify, assemble, and coordinate internal and third-party resources and assign responsibilities
- Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
- Work across Professional Services, Product, and Engineering to prioritize bugs, defects, and enhancements
- Support go-to-market strategy and execution
- Provide timely roadmap updates to senior management
- Productize data management, intelligence, analytics, and reporting solutions and services for scale across clients
- Own product strategy and promote capabilities and the future cloud-based data and analytics platform
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years combined experience in a product management role
- Preferred background in enterprise SaaS within data management, data science, and/or artificial intelligence
- Proven track record of delivering impactful product releases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in database management, machine learning, AI, data analysis, data modeling, and business intelligence
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Power Platform, Analytics (Synapse, backend data modeling in support of Analytics), SSRS, SSAS, Excel Services, IPaaS, and Snowflake preferred
- Experience using JIRA or other agile development tools
- Strong understanding of private markets investing
- Knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and KPIs used in private markets
- Familiarity with deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management
- Ability to travel as required for client engagements (approximately 20%), including internationally
