About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree preferred; four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service
- Prior cash handling experience
- Ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Conversational English proficiency
- Ability to operate electronic equipment, including computers, scanners, and printers
- Ability to comprehend safety procedures and utilize telecommunication devices
- Ability to analyze data and draw appropriate conclusions
- Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members
- Valid driver’s license and passing MVR background check required for delivery locations only
- Ability to pass level 1 and level 2 background checks
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to function independently and work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
- Ability to work with patrons of different ages and abilities, including those experiencing emotional distress or displaying hostility
- Ability to move throughout the facility, including tight spaces
- Ability to push/pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs.; ascend/descend stools, ladders, and steps; and crouch, stoop, kneel, or crawl
- Visual and auditory acuity with or without aids
- Availability to work 45+ hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
