About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set up and configure computers, printers, and network devices
- Deliver and prepare IT equipment for staff in the office and remote sites
- Assist with troubleshooting email, printing, scanning, and basic computer issues
- Help organize and maintain IT equipment and asset records
- Perform device, server, and computer management tasks
- Prepare and manage FedEx/UPS shipping labels
- Help with shipping and receiving IT equipment
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
