Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and evaluate complex business data, information, metrics, and processes
- Identify opportunities and solutions for business plan development and optimization of business operations
- Support key functions and provide recommendations to achieve current and future business strategy objectives
- Develop and maintain understanding of complex business functions and related activities
- Provide expertise in developing business goals and objectives across distribution channels

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
- 6 years of experience in end-to-end analysis and/or operations experience, including requirement gathering and documentation, operational planning and forecasting, data analytics, or current/future state analysis
- Advanced knowledge in a wide variety of systems coordination, process/product review initiatives and development of management information requirements
- Knowledge of business operations and systems/business requirements processes
- Experience facilitating and driving collaboration to common understanding of business requirements and driving standard enterprise-wide business processes
- Knowledge of business analysis tools, including MS Visio, MS Excel, Tableau, and SQL
- 2 years of Life Company Data Science knowledge
- US military experience gained through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner
- Must not require visa sponsorship or immigration support now or in the future
