Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of relevant work experience
- Four or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience
- Hands-on software development expertise in Java and Python
- Experience with modern agentic coding environments such as Claude Code CLI or Gemini Code Assist / Gemini CLI
- Experience designing and developing systems using Java/JavaScript, JMS, microservices, RESTful and SOAP web services, XML/JSON, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker containers, relational databases, jQuery, React JS, and Node JS
- Experience designing large-scale, real-time, mission-critical, cloud-based architectures
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
- Technical experience in enterprise software engineering
- Experience with telecom network technologies preferred
- Working knowledge of developing and deploying applications into cloud environments
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile Framework
- Experience leading a technical team
- Experience practicing Agile development methodology
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple high-priority projects independently and as part of a team
