Key responsibilities & impact- Build a world-class Service Qualification (OSQAR) system using AI that can scale to enterprise needs
- Lead Agile Scrum teams and provide architectural frameworks, guidance, and direction for complex business problems

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of relevant work experience
- Four or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience
- Proven proficiency and hands-on software development expertise in Java and Python
- Experience leveraging modern agentic coding environments such as Claude Code CLI or Gemini Code Assist / Gemini CLI
- Experience functioning as a Software Orchestrator and Guardrail Designer, steering automated code generation while establishing architectural standards and safety controls
- Experience designing and developing systems using Java/JavaScript, JMS, microservices, RESTful and SOAP web services, XML/JSON, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker containers, relational databases, jQuery, React JS, and Node JS
- Experience designing large-scale, real-time, mission-critical, cloud-based architectures
- Proven record of solving complex business problems
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
- Technical experience in enterprise software engineering
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to gather and organize data and develop solutions
- Ability to meet business priorities and expectations and create high-quality user experiences
- Ability to work independently and in a team on multiple high-priority projects
- Experience with telecom network technologies
- Working knowledge of developing and deploying applications into cloud environments
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile frameworks
