Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 8 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
  • Proven expertise designing and building scalable, cloud-native software systems with AI integration
  • Strong technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and system-level execution skills
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and observability practices
  • Ability to mentor engineers and foster continuous learning and high standards
  • Skill in identifying and resolving architectural bottlenecks
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Sound technical judgment and adaptability to evolving technologies and business needs
