Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the seamless delivery of HR and payroll services and achieve agreed service targets
- Maintain customer relationships as the primary point of contact and ensure an excellent customer experience and high-quality service delivery
- Meet contractual SLAs and monitor, report on, and analyze KPIs related to service quality and customer satisfaction
- Own service-related financial metrics, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Coordinate change requests, including testing, deployments, and system adjustments within the payroll platform
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory standards
- Lead automation initiatives such as RPA
- Support transition activities between nearshore and offshore teams
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization
- Collaborate with other Zalaris functions and locations to ensure integrated service delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
- Professional experience with SAP and/or payroll
- Experience with SAP HCM, global payroll, and partner management
- Understanding of HR administration and payroll processing
- Experience in outsourcing HR, finance, IT, or other business processes
- Fluent German and very good English skills
- Strong customer relationship management and process optimization skills
- Strong business and service orientation, an analytical mindset, and a customer-focused approach
