About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and process Item Maintenance Forms for new item onboarding, item changes, and product updates
- Ensure retailer requirements, documentation, and submissions are completed accurately and on time
- Monitor item setup requests through completion and resolve issues affecting launch timelines
- Verify item information, pricing, attributes, product descriptions, and supporting documentation
- Maintain product content across SaaS-based content management and syndication platforms
- Support digital shelf initiatives and conduct content audits and quality assurance reviews
- Coordinate updates to product descriptions, images, attributes, and marketing content
- Develop working knowledge of Kroger Ad Platform, Kroger Prism, and related retailer technologies
- Support digital merchandising and retail media initiatives through platform administration and execution support
- Assist with reporting, data collection, and retailer-specific digital requirements
- Partner with internal teams on digital commerce strategies
- Support Business Managers with customer objectives and retailer requirements
- Manage multiple customer accounts and projects while maintaining high service levels
- Coordinate across sales, marketing, content, analytics, and retailer support teams
- Provide timely communication and follow-up on customer requests and project milestones
- Perform data entry across retailer systems, internal tools, and content management platforms
- Conduct audits and validation checks to ensure data quality and compliance
- Troubleshoot data issues and collaborate on resolution
- Maintain organized records of submissions, approvals, and project activities
- Identify process improvement and efficiency opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, account support, retail operations, data management, digital commerce, or related fields
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
- Experience with Kroger, Harris Teeter, retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or broker organizations preferred
- Experience with content management systems, content syndication platforms, or retailer portals preferred
- Exposure to digital commerce, eCommerce operations, retail media, or digital marketing preferred
- Experience across multiple SaaS platforms and online business applications preferred
- Familiarity with Kroger Ad Platform, Kroger Prism, or similar retailer technologies preferred
- Customer-focused and capable of delivering outstanding service
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs
- Sit for extended periods, typically 6+ hours per day
- Use a computer, including keyboard and mouse, for prolonged periods
- Lift and carry light items, typically 20+ pounds
- Reach, bend, or stoop occasionally
- Maintain focus and attention for long periods of desk-based work
