Key responsibilities & impact- Support the production, maintenance, and enhancement of Risk Performance Rating (RPR) dashboards
- Perform data preparation, validation, and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy
- Maintain Tableau dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting views
- Execute data quality checks and validation procedures across reporting datasets
- Investigate data anomalies and support issue resolution
- Prepare clear, concise reporting materials and presentations for business stakeholders
- Contribute to executive-ready reporting through accurate and actionable analysis
- Collaborate with metric owners, SMEs, and Control Management partners to validate data and reporting outputs
- Support stakeholder inquiries and reporting requirements
- Contribute to process improvements and reporting best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Risk Management, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Automation, Operational Risk, Compliance, Audit, or a related analytical function
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Shift timings: 1 PM-9 PM OR 3 PM-11 PM, as per business requirements
- Tableau Desktop
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with large datasets
- Strong attention to detail and data quality mindset
- Ability to identify trends and derive insights from data
- Ownership and accountability for assigned deliverables
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills

- Fluent with Gen AI
